Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email once your order its ready for delivery or pick up.

 

Standard Curb Side Delivery:

 

All deliveries are made by scheduled appointment only. Shipment can also be left at the drivers discretion. The average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, (WEEKDAYS ONLY). All items must be inspected for freight damages before the driver leaving. 

 

Condition May Affect the Delivery Time:

 

Weather conditions, remote locations, and holiday season. If for any reason there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ONLY deliver throughout PR.

 

For standard SMALL accessories products, we use USPS that provides tracking and insurance information.

 

In-Warehouse Pickup:

 

After placing your order, select local pick up at checkout. Your order will prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will call you and send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pick up.

 

Warehouse pickup hours are 9:00AM – 4:00PM Monday to Friday (weekdays).
